Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Advertisement Booking Cancellation

For clients who have booked advertisement slots (such as Banner Ads, Banners, or E-Paper space) on Divya Sardar or associated publications, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our admin support before the scheduled campaign start date or publication run. Once an advertisement campaign has gone live or print has been processed, cancellation and pro-rata refunds will not be entertained.

2. Subscription & Paid Services

If you have purchased any paid digital subscription, premium e-paper access, or promotional services, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated. Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional technical failure circumstances where access to the service could not be provided from our end.

3. Refund Processing Time

In case an eligible refund is approved by our finance and management team, the amount will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
